We are partnering with growing small-to-mid-sized businesses across Delaware County seeking a versatile Accounting Clerk to lead daily full-cycle financials and month-end operations. Whether you prefer short-term project consulting or a permanent direct-hire path with executive visibility, this role offers real influence over business growth.
salary: $20 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, manage AP/AR oversight, and run bi-weekly payroll.
- Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts for leadership.
- Serve as primary point of contact for external CPA tax preparers and auditors.
