Job Description
Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to support our client's finance team in Malvern, PA. This dual-function role is ideal for a self-driven accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. You will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, including invoice matching, cash application, and vendor account processing.
salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable: - Post incoming cash receipts (Lockbox, ACH, Wire) accurately to customer accounts in the ERP system.
- Utilize banking receivable tools to match remittances to incoming ACH payments.
- Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies and process refund requests.
- Assist the Controller with special projects as assigned.
Accounts Payable: - Review and voucher vendor and intercompany invoices for proper documentation and approval.
- Perform invoice-to-vendor matching for ongoing operational integration work.
- Assist with periodic payment runs within the ERP system.
- Set up new vendor profiles in accordance with internal corporate guidelines.
