Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide.
You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned work groups, from identifying hiring needs through candidate selection, offer negotiation, and search closure. Your searches will span entry-level positions through specialized healthcare roles, including exempt and non-exempt positions.
Working with hiring managers and geographically dispersed teams, you'll prioritize searches, develop recruitment strategies, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
