We’re partnering with our client, a respected apparel brand, to find a talented Digital Content Strategist. This temporary role is remote–out of region–and available for 27-52 weeks. The position involves shaping product marketing, storytelling, and brand experiences across digital channels to support business goals and enhance customer engagement. There is no application deadline for this role. Digital Content Strategist Responsibilities: Lead content planning across product discovery, campaigns, and customer journeys to create a cohesive brand narrative. Develop strategies based on customer insights, analytics, and stakeholder input to optimize existing content and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, UX, and product to ensure content supports both customer needs and business objectives. Establish scalable content frameworks, templates, and governance to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital touchpoints. Incorporate content strategy early in seasonal planning and translate strategic priorities into specific content requirements for various customer-facing pages and campaigns. Digital Content Strategist Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital experience, or related disciplines. Proven ability to craft content plans that boost engagement, discovery, and conversions. Experience working in complex environments involving marketing, product, design, and engineering teams. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, content governance, and information architecture.
