Salary: $104,000 - 144,000 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data modeling, and data visualization.
• A bachelors degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience, education, or training may also qualify.
• Experience with SQL-based data modeling; Power BI, SAC, or Tableau; Azure DevOps or Git version control; and data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and make it actionable.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to analytics and product quality.
• Finance background is an additional qualification.
• Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies is an additional qualification.
• Experience using Python and/or R for data science, analytics, and statistical modeling is an additional qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Develop and support finance reporting with SAC, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Partner with business and data engineering teams to turn business needs into BI solutions, improve efficiency, validate data, scale ad hoc analysis, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and visualization.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on scalable data pipelines and data models in Snowflake and Datasphere, aligning solutions with advanced analytics needs across Snowflake, Datasphere, and Microsoft platforms.
• Help prioritize requests and deliver work on time.
• Apply data engineering knowledge—including modeling, pipelines, security, and Azure DevOps version control—to advise technical teams and support reliable, scalable solutions.
• Identify, design, and implement process automation, improve data delivery, and increase scalability.
• Promote innovation, learning, and data governance by monitoring data quality and following standard processes.
• Develop innovative analysis and insights for Finance teams.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist with the transition from legacy platforms being decommissioned.
