Title: Production Operator

Location: Richmond, VA (Relocation assistance available)

Job Type: Fulltime / Direct Hire.

$2,500 Signon Bonus.

Overview:

• Entry-level Printing Pressman opportunity.
• Night-shift manufacturing role.

Schedule:

• Night shift with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Average 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Own:

• Operate KBA, Heidelberg, Komori, or similar offset presses.
• Perform make-ready, color management, registration, and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and keep production running efficiently.
• Read job specifications and meet established production standards.

What You Bring:

• KBA sheetfed offset experience is highly preferred.
• Commercial, direct mail, envelope, packaging, or specialty printing experience.
• High-volume manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
